A lot of people ask for the workouts I do specifically in the gym with weights, here’s one of them. Call me Mr. Postman, cause I deliver. Warm-up: 2 sets of light weight warm-up squats, 10 reps each (I used 135 lbs) Work sets: 10×10 @ medium weight, try to finish in under 30 minutes (I used 225 lbs) finishing time this time, 30:51 That’s it! Get in, get out. Remember: STAY SAFE, WORK SMART. Temporary pain is nothing. It is merely weakness on its way out.
