LOL! very contradicting right? Maybe stutter wasn’t the right word to use. What I meant was when he’s answering questions, at the beginning when he speaks he sorts of like “I, I, I, I’ or “ahhhh” because of course he’s thinking of what to say. When I say he’s articulate he’s able to choose words that can clearly explain what he wants to say wihtout saying too much. I didn’t mean it in a negative way.
